I am a Counselling Psychologist and trained EMDR therapist with over 15 years of experience working in the city and north west London. Having been existentially trained at Regent’s University, first with an Intensive Foundation course followed by the professional doctorate, I have written my qualitative research on the experience of recovery, using IPA, under the eyes of Prof Jonathan Smith.
