About

I am an experienced existential psychotherapist and supervisor. I qualified in 2006 in existential psychotherapy and have since then worked in private practice and with BUPA and have taught at supervised at NSPC and lectured at the Open University. My practice is built on a solid foundation of existential philosophy and phenomenology but overlaid with a broad interest in psychotherapy more broadly. I have studied cognitive analytic therapy, third wave CBT, narrative therapy, family systems constellation therapy and have a long standing fondness for Jungian depth psychology too. This makes my practice broad as I happily use creative and imaginative ways to help my clients gain understanding and insight into their lives so that they consider how and what they may want to change.
