I am a Counselling Psychologist, trained EMDR therapist with over 12 years of experience working in the city and north west London. Having been existentially trained at Regent’s University, first with an Intensive Foundation course followed by the professional doctorate, I have written my qualitative research on the experience of recovery, using IPA, under the eyes of Prof Jonathan Smith.

In my private practice, in addition to seeing individual clients, couples and running psychotherapy groups, I also run supervision groups, do individual clinical supervision and see a number of trainees both in supervision and therapy, while also working as a freelance research supervisor.
I am a Visiting Lecturer at the New School and have given a number of talks in the city on Mental Health, Wellbeing and Stress Management.
