I am a UK based, Chartered Existential Counselling Psycholgist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society with a professional background in Organisational Development Psychology and Executive Coaching. I have 25 years experience of working in the field of Trauma, and Mental Health and regularly support organisations apply best practice to embrace Mental Health & Resilience in the workplace. I run my own private practice offering Existential Therapy & Coaching online to clients across the world.
