About

I am a psychotherapist working in private practice. I trained at the New School and obtained my Masters Degree in Existential Psychotherapy & Counselling in 2011 and was accredited by the UKCP in 2012. I ran my private practice part time until 2014 when I began working as a psychotherapist full time. I now run a thriving practice in Central London from therapy centres in Old Street, Pimlico and from my home in Chiswick. I also offer sessions over Skype. Though my core training and approach is Existential one of the joys of my course at the NSPC was that we were able to study a range of approaches including Psychoanalysis, Systemic & Family Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Today I work integratively and my integration draws on psychodynamic approaches and attachment theory, Buddhist psychotherapy (in particular the practices of mindfulness and compassion) anchored by Existential therapy's phenomenological exploration of the client's experience.
